Lil' Zephs

Lil' Zephs is a vibrant and nurturing program designed to spark joy, confidence, and growth in young children through play-based learning and introductory sports experiences. Offered through the Mahtomedi Lacrosse Association, Lil' Zephs provides an enriching track for early childhood development and youth athletics. It's a low-pressure, high-energy way for kids to explore teamwork, coordination, and athletic play.

For children ages 4 to 6, Lil' Zephs introduces the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun, co-ed setting. All equipment provided and a Lil' Zephs t-shirt is included with registration (no uniforms required). Sessions are typically 1 hours and parent participation is welcomed and encouraged.
